Introduction
Every project begins with an introductory phase in which our team interviews you to learn more about your business. We discuss the needs of your business and the goals you have for the future. We will determine what research needs to be conducted on your target audience and competitors for the best opportunity for success.
Finally, this step ends when there is a clear understanding of your company's position, trends in your industry, and your expected outcome from our project together.
Proposal
Once our introductory meeting is complete, our team will collaborate to determine how we can best serve you to overly satisfy your needs and meet your goals/expectations. We will then draft a proposal that includes various courses of action for moving forward, what the benefit is of each option, and a heavily broke down, easy to understand, and comprehensive pricing proposal. We do this for every project from the largest website to the smallest logo or brochure. This helps everyone stay on task with meeting goals, expectations, and deadlines.
Contracting
If you choose to contract with us, you’ll find it is the easiest contracting you have ever participated in. We believe in keeping everything simple and clear when it comes to contracting. We have a simple 1 page contract that spells out everything and lays the groundwork for a great working relationship.
Planning
If you are working with us on a Search Engine, Social Media, or Website Development project, then the next phase is planning. If you’re only contracting for a logo, design, etc. then we immediately go into the design phase.
The planning process involves the identification of every phase of your project and the establishment of deadlines. A typical process involves the establishment of competitive research, link building and/or social media planning, design plans, development/programming plans, and implementation/launch plans. At the end of this process, you will have a clear understanding of everything. This process allows us to stay on task, keep you in the loop on our progress, and deliver you a fantastic product that exceeds your expectations.
Design
Whether we are building a website, logo, animation, or something else, the design phase always goes through a few iterations. This means that you will receive several Photoshop/Illustrator mockups throughout the process. Once we’ve pinpointed your design needs, then we move into the next phase of finalization. If it’s a logo, brochure, animation, signage, etc. then the next phase is simply providing the final product designs to you in multiple file formats or submitting them to the printer of your choice.

Development
During this phase, design mockups are turned into fully functional entities. This may include the programming/building of web pages, social media pages, media content, etc. Our team uses Web 2.0 standards and W3C compliant programming to ensure your project is built reliably and securely. Development concludes with thorough Quality Assurance testing and launch.
Optimization
This is where the rubber hits the road in the web world. We monitor, analyze and report on your web property's performance. We look for and suggest ways to increase exposure to your target audience and better achieve your goals.
